Cheese and Beer Pairing 
At a recent beer and cheese tasting at our shop, the surprise winner was Williams Grozet with Brie. The combination actually produced a different taste and the beer and the cheese both improved together.
The other complete no-brainer was Highland Orkney Porter with Roquefort.
